I hope you are kidding. Michigan.... well, I spent a really really long year there.
It is expensive around here, though. A quarter million barely gets you a run down ranch style house in an area so crappy that the realtor's gift at escrow closing is an assault rifle. |
Good. Maybe this year you won't have to steal so much of our rain.

I can sympathize dudes. Usually we have beautiful weather with occasional rain only but lately we have had rain almost daily for like 2 months. It's actually referred to as "The Sunshine State" but I suspect they just pedal that little fib for the tourism industry. Western Australia would be more aptly named "The Sunshine State". Much of this time has coincided with a bout of back pain for me so I was not disinclined to leave my bike idle for a while. Expensive though, as parking my pickup in the city runs to seventy five bucks a week.

I moved from NY to CA, and I'm already a weather pansy. All the rain the past few days/weeks has put a real damper on my riding. Will be nice when we get back to weather as usual. I did do 165 miles in the past week, but they have been in sub-optimal weather.

Aren't you guys due for some more flooding/storms etc? At least that's what they are saying on the news in NYC?
Oh well think on the brightside - it can't be as bad as the flooding in Queensland Australia! http://au.news.yahoo.com/thewest/a/-...nsland-floods/ |
Yeah, we only flood down here because we don't think to clean our drains out any of the other 350 days of the year.
