Roller progression training
I'm interested in getting my roller skills up to good shape.
In particular, I want to be able to ride rollers no-handed and one-legged with clip ins/outs.
Any recommendations on how to "progress" from basic roller riding to this stage?
I can already ride rollers in the drops/hoods with both hands no problem and can ride one-handed (albeit with concentration.)

Just like learning to ride no-hands on the road, you have to commit. Sit up. If you're nervous and try to "hover" near the bars, you aren't going to get it. Riding no-handed with a lower posture is an advanced skill; get your weight back over the rear wheel and you'll find it's fairly easy.
And if it's not obvious, make sure you're spinning a relatively easy gear at a high cadence when you're first learning this. A bigger gear will make the front end of the bike sway, which will at best freak you out, at worst cause you to ride off the side of the rollers.
