Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Vittoria Randonneur tires

Hi all,

I had a set of Vittoria Randonneur tires on Jamis Aurora Elite, but I had the rear tire replaced with a trainer tire. I just sold the trainer, so the trainer tire is coming off. I was examining the previously removed rear Vittoria Randonneur tire, and I noticed there are some kinks in the wire beading around the tire. Is that a problem? Do I need to replace the tire, or is it okay?

Thanks,
Brad
