Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Thanks for all the replies! I'll check with all of them and see what I can get for my money. Has any of you gotten pro fits from the above mentioned?

I got fitted at Atlanta Cycling (Vinings). They did a good job; I really like the staff there. Swapped my stem out for one that fit a little better and ended up adjusting pretty much everything. As a result, I am very comfortable on my bike, but I have made a few minor tweaks since then.

FYI - Their maintenance dudes are the best in the city IMO (i do all maintenance at Ansley/midtown location though)

hope this helps...

I had an analysis done at all3sports when I was switching out a seat post and adding aero bars. It was great.

Cycle Sport in Athens is where I was fitted. It was a great fitting and they do the Specialized BG fit. It has fixed my knee injury and made long rides more comfortable.

Thats great to hear. I'm very close to Athens and I too have a nagging knee injury from my motoX/Ice hockey days. I'm hoping getting a pro fit will help out on that. I play around with my fit but either hurts my knees or uncomfortable. Its hard to find a happy medium on my own.

I was in the same position. I could never get the fitting perfect and always had knee pain. Then I finally got a fitting, by Mika, at cycle sport. I discovered, at the fitting, that I had a leg length discrepancy and that it was causing my knee pain. Cycle sport fitted me with video and and made sure every thing was perfect. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get more comfortable on a bike.
