factory truing

true wheel......or, even tension spokes......... Which is more important, a true wheel, or factory spec tension on the drive & and non drive sides**********

Even tension, or at least tension within the desired range.

You've made the false assumption that it's either/or. It's not. You can have wheels that are true and within the proper range of tension. Machine built wheels seem to lack proper tension IME. It's a pretty easy fix.
