Some people really like their inexpensive mountain wheelset that they have on nashbar as a good value. No personal experience though.

No, but I have a set of the Corsa Lites on one of my bikes. Listed at ~1550g and it's the lightest set of wheels I have. Hubs are smooth but not as smooth as Ultegra/Dura Ace ball bearings. Wheels are stiff but not as stiff as my Cxp 30s on Ultegra.

I have a set of the Vuelta Corsa HDs. I'm a big boy (252 down from 290.4) and the stock wheelset on my Fuji Roubaix 1.0 (ALX 200) creaked and made crazy noise and just didn't feel stable. The Corsa HD Pros are a much higher spoke count (36 hole rear and front).
I really like them and they make me feel stable and they're still true riding on some roads that are crazy bumpy/chipsealed.
I have nothing but good things to say about them as of right now. They fit my price range and they serve the purpose.

i've been pleasantly surprised by the quality of vuelta zerolites. they're not light, but they've been dependable and smooth-rolling.
