Specialized Body Geometry MTB shoes
I need a new pair of MTB shoes and I'm considering Specialized BG shoes.
I ride my road bike with SIDI Dominators and sometimes like to ride with cycling sandals (Keen mostly but also own Shimano).
The BG shoes advertise that they are slightly canted to put your foot in an optimum position (for most people) for effective pedaling. There seems to be a lot of R & D that has gone into the BG shoes and quite franly the SIDIs are fine but I think over priced.
Question...If one rides primarily with the BG shoes, will that cause problems when going back and forth between the canted BGs and the flat sandals?
Dr. Pritkin, love your book and I hope you (or a student of yours) reads BF.
Thanks.

I've never had a problem with going between my Specialized Comp MTB shoes and sneakers (not biking). The built-in cant is minimal, but noticeably helps most people. I actually have their ++ insoles w/ additional arch & metatarsal button support as well as an additional +1.5mm wedge.
I really like those shoes !
