Horseneck Beach Rd. and Westport River in backround right? I stayed down the road on Sylvias lane last week visiting my sister who Lives right down the road from where this was shot. Lovely cycling area.

Because you didn't specify in what form the water had to be, here's one atop Mt Wilson, CA.
And then there's this one along the Pacific coast, on the property of the first homestead in Malibu (Adamson House), now a museum.

Fascinating place. I stumbled across references to it while trying to find the history on the dam for Century Lake and then why the railroads jogged inland around Malibu. My wife being an interior architect, I took her the following weekend.
And now you have me looking into a visit to the Gillette Ranch.
edit: Go figure. I HAVE been to that ranch... for the Calabasas Haunted Hayride. Still gotta go during the day some time.
