no. its about being an all around elite athlete. it definitely can get you in the best shape of your life. i was for sure, but i was 6'0 175 when i started and dropped 10 pounds. my waistline looked better than ever but i had no chest. i stopped doing crossfit and started a bulking routine and ate a ton and gained 20 pounds, then i bought a bike and im back down to 175 but im bigger and stronger than the last time i was 175. when i did it i wasnt strong enough to do most of the WODs as prescribed unless i wanted to do them really slowly so i was always back and forth between speed and strength. i ran my fastest 5k times without ever training for them. i would just sign up and go run them and do better than i did the last time.

That's hilarious! I think it reflects how much of the public perceives cyclists. We should invite him to go hill climbing.

He's gonna dull that machete tapping the rack like that...

An athlete is someone that trains and competes in sports period. I used to be an athlete 30 years ago, but now only exercise for better health and fitness. Therefore I am as machete dude described and proud of it......

The 60s weren't too good to this guy.

All real athletes carry a machete and clang on the gym equipment.
