If you are talking about the aero bars, I love them. I have a set on my road bike. Whenever I get on my commuter bike, I find myself wanting to use them.
My advice, don't get the cheapest. You don't need the most expensive either.
I have the Profile Design Airstryke ZB2000 ($79). The arm rests pop up out of the way when not in use. I also mount my computer at the very top of them. That way the computer is within a easy thumb reach. You can kind of see my setup here: https://icdweb.cc.purdue.edu/~kobyj/p...cannondale.jpg. I'm sorry that the picture is a little blurry. My scanner doesn't work quite right.
Remember to not use them while riding in a group. It is highly frowned upon.

. Are they called aero bars or tri-athlon bars?
