Older Cannnondale Super Six for Build?
First post to bike forums although I have been gathering information from here for months. I got into biking last year when I wanted to do triathlons but instead fell in love with just riding the bike.
My question is that I am looking to do my first build this winter during the colder months. I want to get a medium end carbon fiber frame from a few years ago. Recently, I have been looking specifically at the cannondale super six frames from 2008-2009 mainly due to the fact that they are selling for quite a bit less than the Trek and Specialized frames. Does anyone have any experiences with the super six frames in either owning or riding one and are there any reasons I should shy away from them. I also am very open to other suggestions or experiences from anyone.
Goals are a fairly light bike with a moderately aggressive riding position that I can use for all riding (casual and competitive) as I progress into the sport.
Thanks in advance for any and all feedback.
