Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Strava - segment explore with map

They finally did this, I think this is the best way to find a segment in your area; I'm glad to see it finally implemented.

cool. I just make segments where I ride often. Its cool to see where other Strava riders are and what routes they're doing.

Man this is great. I love being able to see the climbs graphically laid out on the map like that. Fantastic.

I'm loving it! Super easy to explore new routes and visualize where the segments are... Also rewarding to be zoomed in over your city and to be in the top 5 overall on all 6 of of the 10 most popular segments that you've ridden....
