I'm actually kind of a fan of plain black rims, but the decals look pretty decent. I'd say go with 'em.

It depends. Do your car and clothes have logo/decals/stickers all over them? If so, then leave it, else, take it off. Personally, I see no beauty on billboards (moving or not). I take simple and elegant any day.

Dump the decals. I think they're too big and zipp isn't that cool of a graphic. Put your own decals on for a cool custom look or leave black

Lose them. That bike has a busy paint job. The wheel decals take it over the top in my opinion. A little too flashy.

ehh, I like the decals on the wheels. I would change some of the other things you have going on if we are talking strictly asthetics. I dont like the red tape and red saddle, to me it throws it over the top. sorry not trying to be negative, but you asked for opinions and threw up pictures. thats an open door invite for BF to tear into every last detail until you end up hating your bike and wanting to buy a new one.

Let me know when you start hating that bike. I might be willing to take that eye-sore off your hands.

i'm normally for scrubbing that kinda' crap, but in this case it offers a nice aesthetic that somehow ties in in with the bike. i say keep.
