Riding/ renting in Miami Beach

I'm planning on spending 6 days in Miami Beach Christmas time and would like to take advantage of the
warm weather and get some riding. Transporting my bike for the trip doesn't seem to make sense. Any place to rent a road bike in the area? Any reommended rides?
