Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

The sky was very angry today. 5 min after I took these I was riding for 1+ HR in torrential rain and 20-25 MPH winds. Not fun, so cut the ride short.

Think of a TV with a trainer video showing on it, that was my ride today.

Well, I'm just riding my desk chair at the moment, but these were shot at the turnaround point of my last ride around the lake over the weekend.

I climbed 16 miles up and down page mill rd, it was very curvy and steep for me (12-15 degrees), but it had a nice outlook.

Why does it seem everyone has a better, more scenic place to ride than me?

Well, except for this guy
