Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Acceptable Storage System?

Hi. I just picked up my new Tarmac. Is it appropriate to 'hang' a CF bike as shown in the pic? I've never had an issue with my aluminum Allez.

TIA

Shouldn't be an issue. I would replace the camera asap though.

With the amount of vibration those bikes appear to be subject , there's a serious risk of abraiding through the clear coat into the carbon fiber.

Give the OP a break. Carbon bikes are so fast, that it's hard to get clear pictures of them.

Bikes: More than 1, but, less than S-1

Vibrating like that, a carbon frame is sure to asplode in a catastrophic fashion.

The pic is actually so bad it's difficult to see how it's hung.

Too much caffeine perhaps? I'm getting a headache just looking at the pic.
