Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Anyone help me find "hot weather" bibs?

I was out the other day and saw a guy wearing bibs that appeared to be almost mesh. You could see through to the skin everywhere but the area that would be covered by a loincloth (if you will forgive an odd mental picture). At a quick glance the material looked similar to the material that the straps on my Hincape team bibs is made out of.

Does anyone know who makes something like that?
