Here's a description from wikepedia:

Its uses are many, for example "squeaky bed springs, psoriasis, dry facial skin, cracked fingers, burns, zits, diaper rash, saddle sores, sunburn, pruned trees, rifles, shell casings, bed sores and radiation burns."[2]

It certainly sounds like it's for men and sports activities to me.

I don't want to know the type of women who have the need for "Ball Balm"...:twitchy:
Any women with balls is no woman to me. ;)

I dare you to pose that question to your co-workers tomorrow.

lol my bad. guess I assumed "bag" balm was for around the scrotum (where bag refers to the scrotum sack) to prevent chaffing at the crease where the legs begin. at least that's where I get chaffing.

... this place is nuts!

My co-workers are too involved in discussing trivial matters like health benefits, 401Ks, and job security rather than important matters such as which chamois butter protects from saddle sores on the butt.

yes, on my infant.

it's kind of grainy.. we didn't like it and i'm 100% sure it would suck as a chamois creme.

anything by lansinoh is pretty awesome tho :thumb:

Hey guys. There are a ton of great, high quality chamois creams out there. Bag Balm seems to work OK for some (some even swear by it), but it has its limitations and downfall. Id suggest you look for something more immediately focused for cyclists than something that "could" work for us. If you wondering about the qualities, uses, effectiveness of each I invite you to take a look at my sig below.

If anyone has any questions about chamois creams, etc you can use the contact form. Happy cycling!

"Bag" in "Bag Balm" refers to an udder.

I have been wanting to try this stuff since you talked about it on another thread. I have been using DZ nuts on long hot rides but that stuff is so dam expensive

True. I'll get some Enzo's from you next time I come by. I narrowed down my wheel choice.

You know where I am at. Here everyday.

...or I could bring some by Pella tonight because you're going to be out there racing right???

Yup. One of the reasons Enzo's did what they did. He was using DZ as well and it made him sick thinking about how much he was spending on it.

I liked the name so much I picked up a tube on Amazon a few weeks ago. I must say, the stuff is legit. It feels like you are riding on a puffy cloud of happiness. My boys and their surroundings have never been happier.

What downfall? Like it's going to sell my TV for meth and then implicate me in an assault?

Wait, your signature is for real? I just thought it was a terrible attempt at a joke. "We also have the web's largest online store." Bahahaha, well played sir.

I just picked up some Buttonhole last week and the stuff is great. I like it better than Asso's cream.
