Probikekit - poor "customer service"

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

1. Welcome to bikeforums.net.
2. As refreshing as it is to hear someone badmouth an online retailer for a change, you might have more credibility if you contriute something else besides complaints. (All five of this joker's posts are pasted shotgunnings of this same complaint.)
3. PBK is known for cheap prices and mediocre service. You chose to save money instead of good service. 4. Give an LBS a try if you want good service.
5. I have a feeling I'm shoveling bricks into the Grand Canyon here, as you probably just joined to badmouth PBK and will never even see this. haha

a couple of Cateye wireless computers. i'm not questioning the quality of Cateye - in the past i've never had an issue with this brand - its the customer service at Probikekit that has become an issue. 4-months later and i'm still trying to finalise the transaction, either by way of a refund or providing a voucher for future purchases.

Get real. You buy from a company in the UK and when you have a problem, you expect good service? Like Chris says, for good customer service, go to your LBS.

Additionally, many folks here buy from PBK with no problems.

Geez, Cateye makes good stuff. Two of them? Maybe it's something you're doing wrong.
