damaged fork -- replacement value?
My LBS just sent my bike up, and the fork was apparently damaged in transit. After calling UPS, they said they'll need the replacement value for the fork. The bike is an '04 Fuji Newest, retailing for $820. What should I use for the replacement value of the fork?

Bikes: '03 Marin Mill Valley, '02 Eddy Merckx Corsa 0.1, '12 Giant Defy Advance, '20 Giant Revolt 1, '20 Giant Defy Advanced Pro 1, some random 6KU fixie

Call Fuji or your LBS and find out what it will cost to have it replaced.

Then after they pay for the new fork, take the damaged one and trade it in against a new Easton CF fork. I believe they are giving $100 toward their CF line.
