In Louisville. Evidently the night shift concierge likes Coke and she likes it straight from a 2L bottle.

I presume we're talking about the liquid variety.

She wouldn't be that fat if we weren't.

talking about saddles, i wonder why a perfectly comfy saddle would become uncomfortable over time. the structure doesn't seem to have been compromised. my fizik arione was a wonderful butt massaging delight from the moment i rode it on the test ride after i built my Ti bike. i ddin't break it in much either...i went straight off to a sportive where i rode it for 104 miles and then off to an all night 120 mile ride. now it hurts on a 20 mile ride.
Have you been riding much lately? |

Maybe the foam has collapsed inside it. It happens, apparently.

i'm planning on doing a round the island ride later this year. i think i have 5 people willing to give it a go but they need to build up their saddle time tolerance.
|
talking about rund the island, i think taiwan could be a very nice cycling holday destination. kind of like teneriffe is a training island, i don't see why not here.

recently yes. i had a period when i just had no time to ride but since i left my job, i've been riding most days. it's better than going to the gym. i think an office job is the worst thing that can happen to anyone. i have to exercise knowing that i am susceptible to cardio issues and long low intensity exercise just takes so much time.
|
where next on the rowan/machka tour? is there somewhere really out there that people have not ridden that you want to do?

West coast sucks, however, from what we were told. |

From what we saw and what we've been told, the east coast is excellent, especially if you can string together some routes up into the mountains. We have it on our "seriously consider returning" list after our relatively limited experience there.

Then it's back into the work harness, wherever we can find work... we may end up working on harvesting fruit and veg for the rest of the summer there. It's hard work, but it pays quite well, is outdoors, and is a shortcut to fitness. |
how can you possibly be fat. with cycling everywhere and an outdoor lifestyle, you'll live to 100.
|
It shows that I am carrying way too much weight when I chafe in the groin on a simple 17-mile ride. I did have three layers on for the cold, but still.
Must. Stop. Pigging. Out. |
