Is Team Performance membership worth it?
says that "Team Performance" discounts DO apply to sale items,
but when I click through Team Performance, all bikes on sale, steel, Breezer, on the site the Venturi is not displayed

I've been noticing a price creep on Nashbar items...stuff that used to be discounted is now at MSRP (e.g., Hero Shorts, gloves) so these discounts are on already higher priced items. Don't get me wrong, Nashbar has always been a good supplier...I was just noting the price uptick the other day

Knickers come to mid calf or so. I use them a lot since I stay pretty warm (except toes) and tights are usually too much till it gets below 50.

I do wear tights...a couple have doubled up knee areas and are invaluable on the cold cloudy days or cold damp days. If cloudy and under 50 or breezy and under 50, the tights come out. Above that is simply weather for knickers because I can go from a sunny 45-65 with knickers and warm socks. It is often sunny here, even in the winter, so it stays pretty warm since the sun is so intense at altitude. I even loved Assos' lycra-only (no fleecy material inside) and my biggest disappointment is that they were discontinued.
