What are you expecting from the bike? What is your budget? The bike in the link I can't speak on because I have never heard of it but at that price you can't be getting much.

Hopefully someone here has actually ridden one and can tell you more, but generally I think these bikes are roughly what you get at Wal-Mart. (Or apparently "Argos" in the UK.) If you're looking for quality, generally speaking you're better off finding something older from Craigslist or the equivalent. With these mass-retailer bikes, generally you can expect heavy weight, dull shifting, so-so geometry, etc.
But that being said...it's a bike. If you can't find anything on Craigslist that seems better, and this is your budget at the moment...it has two wheels, the wheels spin when you pedal, it goes roughly where you point it...it's a bike. My experience with this general level of bike is that it's nowhere near the level of fun you might get from a better (but more expensive) ride -- but that generally it works ok. I had a Wal-Mart Mongoose that I picked up for $100 in 1997, rode it hard on a daily basis for three or four years and occasionally thereafter, and it never let me down. It was nowhere near as much fun as riding a real road bike -- at least on the road. (It was great fun to ride down stairs and jump off things because...I mean, $100 bike, who cares?) It wasn't fast at all. But it got me where I was going. I actually still had it until Sandy, though I hadn't ridden it much in recent years.
Of course, others may have horror stories -- the thing about this level of bike is that it can be a crapshoot. If it came from the right factory on the right day, it may be great...if not, it might fall apart the first time you ride and then you'll have to screw around with a warranty claim or the like. But mine worked great.
