Endurance vs Power
What good is endurance if you do not have enough power? How do the two work together?

i'm not sure i understand the question, simple answer is that they work in concert. as one's "endurance" increases, the ability to produce power over that range of endurance increases as a byproduct of fitness gains.

not really, it's a silly question. Endurance and power are just words. i can ahve loads of power, yet no endurance, but have so much power (think of a super high ftp but bad staying power over a long period of time), and i could drop you, or i can have a huge amount of endurance, and a mild ftp, and still drop you
here's the answer: ride bike more, race more, get faster.

So I think that power means you go faster but for not as long and endurance means you go longer but not as fast.

Endurance is a measure of how long you ride.
They are distinct concepts but inter-related in that the longer you ride, the less power you can sustain for that duration.

They do have graphs for this stuff (power vs. duration). Top plot is best ever (during season/block/year/whatever), and the black plot is a single ride or interval. In this one, the rider hit a personal best for 8:55:

Endurance is your ability to maintain some level of exertion for long periods of time. Pro cyclists and marathon runners have to endure for long periods of time. Some level of power is needed to achieve exertion and so the two are related in a way but I doubt there is a direct correlation. However, anyone training will likely increase both but in different proportions depending on the activity - cycling vs weight lifting vs sprinting vs marathon, etc. I have no data, but I suspect many marathon runners have pretty average power compared to pro cyclists. On the other hand, the more sedentary population would be lucky to run a mile without collapsing. They have little endurance and varying levels of power.
