Help with comparing geometry?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Help with comparing geometry?

I currently have a 50cm Nashbar Steel Cyclocross bike and the fit feels perfect to me. The stem is almost slammed (1 spacer under it) and close to horizontal. The seat is as far back as it will allow on the rails. I found that I like my knees behind KOPS. KOPS = knee pain for me. Here is the geometry for the bike. Sorry for the poor quality, it's the best I could find.

The Nashbar bike is my commuter. I'm looking to get a road bike and like the Motobecane Le Champion Ti. I understand very little about bike geometry but as I'm comparing, it seems that size 48 is the closest match to my current bike. Hoping those of you who really understand bike geometry can confirm or correct me.

Thanks! BTW, I'm 5'6" (barefoot) with a 29" inseam.

If you like your fit now, I think you'd be fine with the 48 Le Champ Ti.
