What size Sugoi pro-fitting jersey

What size Sugoi pro-fitting jersey
I have a 84 cm chest circumference and am looking to buy a Sugoi pro-fitting jersey. The X-Small size jersey has a 89 cm chest size and Small has 94 cm.
Pro-fit means it'll be a tigher fitting jersey. Does the 89 and 94 cm sizing of the jersey refer to the actually geometry of the size that a person should have to fit properly?
Sorry for being a noob. I'd check in stores but I can't find the same jersey (It seems to be an older year's model).
