Help! Never ending flats

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Ok, I'm kinda confused on this too I'm sorry. So this is a tire NOT an inner tube?
The Marathon Plus is the gold standard in flat protection. Gatorskins, Armadillos, Hardcases, etc are crap in comparison on that dimension and I say that as someone who's ridden 20K miles+ on each.

Having said that, the Marathon Plus is a heavy and slow tire that is hard to change. It's very resistant to glass shards, but no tire is flat proof.

Experienced riders don't ride on the edge of the roadway, where the goat head plants live.
