I have too many pairs to keep track, but lately I've been using Rudy Project Swiftys most of the time.
I just started working for a sunglass/apparel company, so I'm sure I'll be using their gear soon.

Never went high price with my eye protection. I've got three pairs of ANSI Z87+ wrap around polycarbonate safety glasses by Dewalt. One in a dark smoke tint, one in medium amber, and one with a very light amber all with UV-A and UV-B protection. I didn't pay more than about $15 for any of them and, except for the Dewalt logo on the bows, the look just like nice wrap around sunglasses. I don't notice any glare or distortion and don't have to cry if a pair gets lost or scratched. The test for the Z87+ certification is to fire a 1/4" metal ball at 150 fps at them from several different angles with no breakage or penetration. There are several other tests including one with a much larger metal ball being dropped on them from a lower height (30" if I'm not mistaken).
I've had a couple of rocks kicked up by trucks at highway speed bounce off them with no damage.

Local department store had a 2 for 1 offer on Oakleys last year so I got these:
Radarlock Pitch Polarized (Fire Iridium and Persimmon)
Jawbone Max Fearlight Ltd Edition (Fire Iridium and Black Iridium)

Oakley Jawbones here. Got them for Christmas and I love love love the way they fit on my face. I use them for softball and used them to shovel snow in the winter with no issues at all. I even really like the OEM lenses and can use them on gray days with no issues at all. I also have a pair of Tifosi's that I like, but I'll always reach for my Jawbones now!

I have a set of Quattro (forgot the brand) and they've been great- interchangeable lenses, but they keep sliding down when I start to sweat. I find myself tilting my head up a lot more causing discomfort in the back of my neck.
Any suggestions on glasses that 1) vent well, 2) have interchangeable lenses, 3) will stay up.

WOW, lot's of you guys have Oakleys, which are a lot of coin. So I learned that I needed the "asian fit" sunglasses that only Oakley and Tifosi make. They have nose pads that stick out further like Nachoman pointed out to keep the glasses from falling down. I'll go to the Oakley store to try them on! I just wish they weren't $200 and change!

Custom OAKLEYs!!! You can even have your name embossed on the lens.
Below was the design page from Oakley before I ordered mine.

Agree on the polarized, unless at dusk or dawn when I prefer amber over amber polarized.

I hate polarized sunglasses for cycling. The give a strange reflection off normal road glare.
