Deleted for way too much dickheadedness.

And an apology.

This is why we don't discuss aero on roadie forums.

A $500 aluminum clincher that is about as light and about as aero as all the other $500 medium depth aluminum clinchers.

Hopefully they have good builders.

If they didn't highlight climbing for the 30, they'd have to think of another reason to get people to buy it. And that'd be something like, like Flo fo' the po'.

Flo has no plans to produce tubulars, ever.

Who said anything about tubulars?

Apparently I'm slydexic; I seriously thought you said "hopefully they have good tubulars". Wow.

I thought this was a carbon wheel? Alloy I understand but it still isn't a climbing wheel.

We don't?

And what is your point?

When people decide to ignore wind tunnel data, there isn't a meaningful conversation to have. That really addresses both of your questions, and on that, I'm going to stop talking the aeroness of these on this thread.

Nope, this really appears to be a Zip 101 fighter.

In looking more closely at the Flo 30, what turns me off is the braking angle. If I want to swap with another wheelset, it had better be a Flo or I will have to readjust the brake pads.

See post # 26.

Ah. I poked around on their site but couldn't find tech data on this wheel. In all honesty I didn't look really hard, just from their products page.

That makes more sense but its still not a climbing wheel.

Their explanation is to go the other way - a shallow (but still somewhat aero) training wheel that doesn't require adjustment when going to their deep wheels.
