How's the reception on the kettle bell?

TampaRaleigh 06-19-13 09:32 AM

Today we lost our last line of defense against the alien invasion.

RIP Slim Whitman

Ack ack ack.

I've been wanting one for awhile. I like the kettle bell swing, it works several muscle groups with one excercise, saves some time working out and gives me more of a range on workout movements so I don't get bored.

Pretty sure that's the hat that BH won.

He looks a little down cuzza blisters and socks.

I have more hair than that.

It takes time to put them on. Time while the competition is riding away. Or, in my case, getting closer to the beach.

I tried that once, the blisters weren't worth it.

The new battery life is nice. Only having to charge my phone while a sleep now is nice.

The girl who hit on me at the Greater Gator last year (visiting from Dallas, unfortunately) had a bloody red patch on the toe of one of her shoes. Good girl. As my coach did a couple weeks ago.

Come to think of it, at the GG last year, my feet looked like they'd been through makeup for a zombie movie. Good times.

I don't have enough seat post showing to put a blinkey on it and use a saddle bag.

put the blinkey on the saddle bag?

coasting 06-19-13 10:10 AM

both excellent suggestions but sub optimal. I am a perfectionist, unlike some who are willing to settle for second best.

I did that once, on a twilight ride. It was gone by the time I was back at the shop. No good.

Raise the seat and ditch the saddle bag.

Never had that problem. I've retired my clip-on blinkie in favor of a brighter LED that attaches to the seat stay.
