I've been wanting one for awhile. I like the kettle bell swing, it works several muscle groups with one excercise, saves some time working out and gives me more of a range on workout movements so I don't get bored.

The girl who hit on me at the Greater Gator last year (visiting from Dallas, unfortunately) had a bloody red patch on the toe of one of her shoes. Good girl. As my coach did a couple weeks ago.

Come to think of it, at the GG last year, my feet looked like they'd been through makeup for a zombie movie. Good times.

Never had that problem. I've retired my clip-on blinkie in favor of a brighter LED that attaches to the seat stay.
