Not finished yet, but I'm going to bite the bullet and go with the SG05. If I wind up needing a bunch of hard drive space for cycling and F1 videos it'll just be sitting in an eSATA enclosure. All of the bigger cases, ironically, seemed too compromised to me for what they were. The highlights will be H87, i5-4570, 650TiB.

Anyone notice the WWP contest sticky??
Two things jump out right away. Of course, the thing that is most wrong with the pic is that it's a fixie, but that's in both shots. |

I haven't looked - is H87 not OCable like H77? I'm not OCing right now, but I went Z77 just in case I wanted to a couple generations of games down the line.

Yup, not OCable. I'm not going with a K CPU though - I'd rather have the full instruction set available for VMWare. That and OCing hasn't been exciting to me since the good ol' 300A.
Yeah, I haven't really OCed since my K8 rigs when I was all in to fold@home. I guess whether or not I end up OCing the current build will depend on how long it's the current build and if CPU bottlenecking becomes a problem with some of the new titles. As of now, Skyrim is the most CPU-intensive game I've recently played and I'm fine with the frame rates at the stock settings (i5-3570k). |

Oh, and a couple of days ago (Sunday, I think) I saw a guy riding through the parking lot at Randall's in just a pair of Capo bibshorts. I wondered how much gnashing of teeth that would cause in the 41.
