And I'm still too fat for this sport. Even my sport. I want to be standing knee-deep in the water on race morning weighing 160 and ready to go.

With no picture off new scale showing 169.4 it didn't happen.

in a 95* garage with a single fan, while downing a bottle of water. Showered, hopped on the scale... 169.4lbs. I didn't feel dehydrated, but nonetheless, I'm knocking down a large pitcher of smoothie and still need dinner.

I'm still happy to be under 170. Will see what it says in the morning, at a more average time.

Did 21 miles it was hot.

Cut off an arm. That should do it.

Might hurt the swim.

1) It's at 171.8 now, after said smoothies.

2) I just tried... phone won't get a decent exposure of the LCD. Ah well.

I'd be so tempted, but at the same time, I'd be poring over the EULA (or whatever). I just don't trust google much any more.

I know. It's why my email is @live.com, and I'll get a Windows tablet long before an Android one. Just too creepy.

But the speed, oh the speed...

I know, I know... but I'm already at 50/10, or so - I don't need pr0n to load faster and it's not like I'm DLing 50gb files every day.

Last time I stepped on the scale, it said 135.0, I will see if I can post a pic in case you fatties don't believe me.

Dannihilator 06-04-13 07:51 PM

Solid day dirt jumping.

I might have weighed 135.0 in 9th grade. 141 when I entered AF basic training I will never see that again. How tall are you?

You don't want to know.

Bah Humbug 06-04-13 07:58 PM

I weighed 180 as a high school freshman.

I'm still faster than you.

Just had to get that out to assuage my bruised ego.

fixed

I did punch 171.8 into TrainerRoad as my weight, so my w/kg is now 3.22. Based on estimated power, of course.

More than that.

Velo Vol 06-04-13 08:05 PM

Why did the bridge coverers think it necessary to cover their bridges? Were they scared to look down when crossing?

Seeing as how I'm a slow runner and swimming would ultimately blow up my right shoulder, I'm fairly certain I would lose a Tri very easily.
