So the parent is a boomer?

Correct.

Regardless, it feels fantastic to be road cycling again. It's almost like I'm addicted to it.

Speaking of which, man, I am seriously loving that Addict with the Red. Haven't ridden the Foil since I got the Sramified Addict back from Piermont. The shifting on that Red stuff is the best mechanical group I've ridden. Holy hypocrite Batman.

Without the concept of crowdfunding the stupid, there would be no advertising revenue for BF.

It's an American Tradition.

I rode the Roubaix today. That bike handles really well, I would say in technical descents and turns it does handle slightly better than my Ti Habanero.

Most likely.

My favourite bumper sticker is: "I'm spending my kids' inheritance".

Not a peep from Tri Girl, so that's off. Oh well. Real easy to not get worked up about it this time.

Bah Humbug 06-05-13 06:16 PM

I am, however, cooking some Ramen. Don't judge me.

Yuck. Culinary suicide.

datlas 06-05-13 06:24 PM

In the past 24 hours, I have ridden my bike, run, and swam.

I must be nuts.

Time for some better photo's. Took them this evening after my first ride on on it, of course it would rain.

Here are some of the upgrades that I have noticed.

Two Brothers exhaust. Unfortunately I'm not sure if it is a full system or a slip on.
Two Brothers Juice Box.
DIY fender eliminator.
Hotbodies windshield.
Carbon heel guards. At least I don't believe it came with them.
I don't believe the seat is original.
Spike bolts - will be replaced with factory.
Spiked brake and clutch levers - will be upgraded.
Spiked swingarm spools - will be replaced.
Fake carbon mirrors - will be replaced.

There may be some other upgrades, unfortunately I don't know the bike well enough to know what was original and what was upgraded.
