Good point. We don't really grow food or anything we'd be that worried about. We just make dirt. It's more of a means to cut down on landfill trash. I think we also feed the local populations of raccoons since it has no top and I notice that stuff sometimes disappears.

I think I'm sick. Sore throat. Coughing and achey. This does not bode well for having to ride in an endurance race on Saturday.

Technically I believe you. Just sayin.

I have to buy new running shoes today. This always makes me nervous.

No, it doesn't.

Nope, actually.

Bah Humbug 06-12-13 10:55 AM

Also, just ordered tires, tubes, cassette, and disc cover for my Rails. Is it July yet?

Contemplating buying a Garmin Edge 500. I'll need a cadence/speed sensor for both my bikes.

If I find a cheap head unit, can I pick up a HRM strap and 2 cadence/speed sensors separately and expect them to work with the head unit? In other words, is the basic head unit that's sold individually already enabled to have HR and cadence/speed added? I assume "yes" but I've been wrong before.

Using that map is an invasion of privacy. You can pinpoint the location of some of the BF blowhards.

OK, I get sneaking aboard a boxcar, but who thinks this is a good idea?

You assume correctly. Each bike will have to be entered into the head unit, as the speed/cadence sensors have different ID's.

The difference fredly is that I will actually be getting PAID, no matter how little, to play my guitar and sing. How much do they pay you for riding your bicycle?

I thought you are doing it because you are a humanitarian?

People throwing quarters into a hat next to you doesn't actually constitute "getting paid".

Given I place and (once) won, yes, I have made some money on it.

Mind you, very little, but still.
