Assos Brand
How does a rider get to buy Assos at lower than list price? Is it just waiting for online retailers for a close out? And how much of a discount is reasonably expected. Now, tires is a different thing because of the quicker wear and tear. I see those at below retail, several times a year.

Competitive Cyclist has deals all the time, often on Assos. They have one right now on casual wear.

Ribble and Chain Reaction run sales also. You just have to watch the sites. They don't discount like PI and some others though. 25% off bibs is about normal from what I have seen.

+1 to Ribble.
The Uno bib hangs around $150 normally. In the States the same bibs are $199. Ribble had a 10% off after Sky won, so the bibs were $135. The Clymb does carry Assos every now and then. Competitive Cyclist had several Assos products on sale during the Tour, and now has casual apparel on sale (as pointed out above). Chainlove had some Assos gear a few days ago as well.

Last time I checked Ribble, I think they were selling the Assos low-end short sleeve jerseys for just over $100.00.

Watch https://www.primera-sports.com/ for sales. They claim to have the lowest Assos prices and they also occasionally have 20% off coupons/sales (they did during the TDF, bought FI.Uno bibs for around $120).

Assos has a factory outlet. Some of the stuff is a model year or two old, but essentially the same product as current. I have found a few things for my wife there.
