Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I'm curious how you get the supersix (the one that's not a fixie) to 14 with pedals and deep-dish wheels. What's the cassette and the groupset, and do you have part weights? My '12 SS does not have the lightest groupset (Ultegra Di2) but it was ~16.5 lbs in stock config (with Ksyrium wheels and without pedals) and it's 18.4 lbs with eggbeater 3's, Ksyrium front, Cycleops alloy rear and 11-32 cassette.

Bikes: Emonda SL6

Pretty small frames, that probably helps keep the weight down. Not every day you see a SS converted to single speed...

1250 with or without tires/tubes/skewers? What's the cassette?

P.S. Is that Soul C5.0 tubular?
