Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I've seen some interesting grey jerseys, but yours need some contrast to break things up. Otherwise, with both panels the same color, it looks very plain. On the back of the jersey, I'd suggest to put the "10" years logo on the center pocket to center it and instead of red, maybe go with yellow or another color. Grey in not a good safety color and the yellow may stand out better. The bibs look fine the way they are, but the jersey needs some blocked graphics of contrasting colors to break very solid surface.

I'll attach a link to a grey Florida Velo jersey which I think did a good job with a grey bib/jersey combo. Just to give you some ideas --- https://www.facebook.com/15925102076...e=1&permPage=1
