An oversized frame???
What does it mean when a bike says it has an 'oversized frame', specifically '7005 DB Oversized Frame". Does this mean that the frame, is actually bigger than the specification it is given (e.g. a 58cm is bigger than an ordinary 58) or what?

No, depending on the context in which it is used, oversize generally means larger diameter tubes used most often in reference to aluminium frames.
