Looks like a great bike to me. Argon 18 is made in Canada I believe, if that matters to you. The components are nice, 105 is great.
My only recommendation is buy Shimano 105 brakes off of Ebay. I bought mine for $50 for the pair with free shipping brand new. They replaced the Tektro R530, dramatic improvement in braking. It's the best upgrade I made on my bike.
