Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Condition of Look Keo Cleat

Hello,

Can anybody tell me if there is something that tells me if my Look cleats should be replaced?
I have attached a couple of pictures of them.

Thanks

I think I see the wear indicators in the first picture. I'd say those are fine. I've certainly ridden on much worse.

I'd replace them. The rears are pretty worn. They break pretty easily once the wear indicators aren't recessed anymore.

How do I know?

Well…
