European vs. American Giant TCR

Does anyone know if there is a difference between the european and american giant TCR composite frames?

Bikes: Trek 1000, Giant TCR Composite 2

The only difference I know of is that the Advanced frames in Europe have integrated seatposts while those in the US do not.

The Europeans also had more models earlier than the Americans. They had the Anodized Team version from 2001. They also had the TCR Track, Cross and Hybrid bikes first.
