Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Ha! BB30 sucks for you!

You're just rubbing it in, now... I'm going to cry in my beer now.

OMG--that's a huge detail.

My mind is blown at a $20 CAAD10. This was legit and not stolen???

Check out velomine. They run stupid deals on campy groupsets, if you're looking for that type of thing.

i just love it when someone takes a crappy picture of a bike frame, improperly labels it, and undersells it.

Stolen, stripped, wheels and components sold on ebay and given a horrible rattle can paint job over the original paint and then traded for meth from the guy who sold you the $20 frame?

Whether that is the exact set of circumstances, or not, it certainly appears to have a sketchy past. Happy days for the OP thogh - if the frameset is in tiptop condition (apart from the paint).

cheers

Well, it would seem that the serial number being ground down would possibly confirm the idea of a sketchy past, either way, I got an amazing deal for CAAD10, ****, I didn't even know what I was buying, just that it was Cannondale and extremely light weight, Only problem with it is that there is several layers of paint on it, fortunately for the most part it is coming off, but the paint is being rather stubborn. I will start my build thread now.
