Why can't I find a discounted FSA Kforce compact handlebar?
I ride the FSA wing pro on all my bikes. I like it.
I want to go for comfort reasons and the Kforce compact is the exact same shape as the wing pro. However, I can't find it anywhere at a reasonable discount. I have seen 3t, zipp, and other branded carbon bars go for 30-50% off on a normal basis. I have been on the lookout for the FSA bar for the longest time and have not seen any sizable discounts.
What gives? Does FSA not discount their high end bars? Am I just blind to the deals out there?

I paid over $200 as the best price I could find as I wanted the new UD carbon 2014 model. Just checked ebay and there is one on there for $180 which is the lowest price I have seen...size 44cm which just to let you know rides closer to 42cm because it is measured center to center across the hooks. I prefer the 44cm size in FSA handlebars. Its a fantastic handlebar and light.
Good luck.

Carbon handlebars are a safety critical part and I want to make sure they are OEM and not seconds or rejects even from the factory that makes them that are pirated.
Yours have the 3K weave versus UD and aren't the 2014 version with some refinements but if they were made by FSA and not a quality reject, a good value.

I was hoping for a price around $200 somewhere.
Bike bling has it for $230. I'll probably just pay a little more and stop wasting my time lol.

This size is not that popular due to the width. Great deal though if you ride 38's

Size has a lot to do with it. 40cm bars will usually fetch half of what 44cms will. Also, Crosslake has a ton of these 40cms that they're auctioning off. If they don't run out, they'll go for less and less.

I realize an old thread.. but found this package at CC.. anyone want a pink jersey?
More importantly, anyone like these bars? I'm kinda taking a chance on these to replace my alloy Zipp SL-80.. wanting a bit flatter tops and cable routing grooves. Seemed like a decent deal.
