Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

...there is no good karma, @BillyD. There is no bad karma, @BillyD. There is only karma, and the burden of it. What we seek is to step off the wheel.

In Buddhism, karma (Pāli kamma) is strictly distinguished from vipāka, meaning "fruit" or "result". Karma is categorized within the group or groups of cause (Pāli hetu) in the chain of cause and effect, where it comprises the elements of "volitional activities" (Pali sankhara) and "action" (Pali bhava). Any action is understood as creating "seeds" in the mind that will sprout into the appropriate result (Pāli vipaka) when met with the right conditions. Most types of karmas, with good or bad results, will keep one within the wheel of saṃsāra, while others will liberate one to nirvāna.

Nashbar sells the Look Quartz cleat as a stand alone, with 20% off. So those will take up way less space then more sets of pedals. #hoardingishealthy

You are just preparing for the zombie apocalypse. When it will be much harder to get bicycle pedals and cleats. Roll is thinking ahead.

What happened to keeping Christmas gifts a secret? Why bother wrapping them then?
