Dual sided pedals. Shimano m324 (similar to pictures posted above) or A530. Good luck

Since when is 100 dollars not a lot of money :P

But I started with mountain SPD's with Shimano shoes because I felt like I could get out of them easier which is helpful when you first start. Then I went to Ultegra pedals and Specialized shoes but I didn't like those so I went to Shimano shoes with speedplay pedals. I like the speedplays now but at first I felt like my feet were pretty loose.

Since $50 for a movie date night became the norm. Two dates or pedals and shoes, I know which choice I would make. ;)
