Do you mean you are cold? Wear more clothes.
Do you mean warming up as in getting ready to do harder efforts? Doesn't really affect me until it's down in the high 30s and below, then it's hard to do harder efforts.
Runny nose: yeah, that's what the terry cloth part of your glove is for.

Man, riding in anything south of 70* (and really, even south of 80* does it somewhat) makes my nose run like Niagara Falls. Just get used to it. And yeah, the glove patch is there for a reason.

Use wrap around glasses, its the tears running through the duct from the corner of your eyes down to the nasal passages/sinuses. As said above the snot rocket abilities and the terry cloth on the thumbs of your riding gloves take care of things quite well. Just watch out in pace lines, or groups, where you let go....

You are not alone in dealing with this. We already wear funny clothes so nobody will even notice the extra ingredients on them.

I stopped reading after "cold" and "60 degrees"
But in all seriousness, just plug and blow. I blow snot rockets probably every 5 minutes riding in the winter here...just make sure you are clear of other riders.

I wear this mask when I ride in winter Airtrim breathingfilter asthma sport cold airways
Keeps inhaling air warm and humid.
I don't get runny nose any more.
There are a few similar products out there too.

As far as getting warm goes, try boosting your cadence if you're not already doing at least 100 RPM until your body is up to temperature.

I got my first prescription wrap-arounds during the summer. Now riding in high 20/low 30 degree temps. There's a noticeable improvement this winter over previous winters ...
