Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Depends on brand but XS size is likely to fit. If not, you might have to investigate kids' sizes.

As mentioned, you may want to try some XS sizes especially in race fit Italian brands like Castelli, Nalini, De Marchi and the like. You might get away with some small or xs women's jerseys as well (guessing you're male), but I wouldn't try women's bibs/shorts as the chamois may be female specific.

Castelli doesn't sell size XS to the general public :-(
It seems only (racing) teams can buy it, and hence you can get it from them (new or used, check ebay).
However, I have some Castelli jerseys in size XS and I doubt those are small enough for the OP.
BTW: when I asked Castelli about this, they also suggested kid sizes... Geez, they are making this gear for the pros so why not sell it to others too?

You might need a women's XS, depending on the brand and how you like the fit. Most of the U-11 boys on my son's junior team ordered women's stuff from Castelli.

Have you tried on the Castelli brand kits yet? Their small is really an XSmall in comparison to other domestic cuts. Pissei and Nalini also run on the small size.
