+1 on completed listings. I see folks price stuff on CL all the time for well above what it's worth and usually they'll say "But they are all over Craigslist/eBay for that price" Sure! But they are there because they haven't sold yet.​ I can list a pet rock for $25,000. Doesn't mean it's worth it!
