All three bikes listed look like they'll be good bikes. Most bikes from established bike companies are decent. Maybe take a look in person and choose the one in best shape. Failing that, pick the one that looks nicest to you.

+1 on completed listings. I see folks price stuff on CL all the time for well above what it's worth and usually they'll say "But they are all over Craigslist/eBay for that price" Sure! But they are there because they haven't sold yet. I can list a pet rock for $25,000. Doesn't mean it's worth it!
