Trouble with HR sensor ANT+
I just received the Mio Link heart rate sending unit I ordered. It works great through Bluetooth with my iphone, but I can't get it to link to a sports watch I have. The watch works fine with a chest strap, but it isn't seeing the Mio ANT+ signal. Anyone have any ideas?

I've been using a Mio Link for three weeks. I can't offer any advice, only a couple of observations.
ANT+: My Garmin Edge 800 finds the Link as soon as I turn it on.
Bluetooth: My iPhone sometimes requires some fiddling to get them to pair up.

Yeah, I turned off the Bluetooth on the phone, but the watch still didn't find the HR sensor. Maybe the watch is defective. I haven't used it in quite a while. Funny thing is that when the HR sending unit on my wrist was a few inches from my old, old simple bike computer it recorded my HR instead of my speed as if it were speed. The distance ridden was affected and average speed, etc. Could those old wireless bike computers be ANT +? I'm not talking about the ones with GPS, etc., but just the 10 year old ones with speed and riding time. Funny.
