Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Bikes: Giant TCR SL3 and Trek 1.5

I love my TCR SL3, but I'm glad I got it before they shifted away from DT Swiss wheels to their own OEM wheels. My DT Swiss R1700s are rock solid and haven't had to be touched in four years and I weigh as much as you do. Giant makes great bikes, but I think the wheels they chose on my model year are one of the best things about the bike. I haven't heard any mass complaints about their OEM wheels, but they certainly don't have the experience building wheels that DT Swiss does.
